How can I commission a  painting from you?

Glad you asked! You can read the process in this blog post.

How long does it take to make a custom artwork?

Depending on the size, medium (paint, charcoal), and complexity of the piece, this takes between 2-8 weeks. We can discuss this when we start talking about your commission. For varnishing and framing please allow a few extra days

All artworks for sale on this site are currently unframed, unless specified otherwise. I can send the artworks to an external framing service, and sent the artwork directly to a framer after your purchase. Please contact me before so that I can include the costs of framing in the purchase.

When purchasing an artwork click "add to cart" and then you can follow the check-out service by clicking the cart on the top right of the page. Payment is due immediately by debit or credit card and you will be taken step-by step. Each client can follow our simple check-out process to make payment and enter your delivery address, by specifying your country, a flat fee will be added depending on your location. After payment has been made, you will be sent a proof of payment and we will get to work preparing your artwork for shipment.

Please note that all prices listed on the website are for unframed works of art, unless otherwise specified.

If you'd like to pay in terms, then we can discuss this. Then please fill out the contact form under Contact at the menu bar.

All artworks are sent via a tracked and signed for service. Once payment has been received, I will contact you about your shipping day and send out the artwork as soon as possible. Due to lockdown restrictions shipping days may vary. Shipping within Europe can take up to three weeks.

Shipping costs for international buyers will be automatically calculated at check-out once you enter your shipping country. I will also be in touch after your purchase to let you know of an expected delivery date, but I am unable to be day-specific with international shipments, however the shipping company should be in touch with you to notify you of the progress. Please note that additional import taxes and duties may also apply to overseas buyers. Artworks purchased by overseas buyers can take up to four weeks to arrive, depending on their final destination.

Collecting an artwork

Please note that NL clients are also able to collect their artwork from my studio in The Hague for a flat handling fee of € 10,- (which covers packaging and an admin fee). You can simply click "collect artwork" at check-out and then please e-mail me to arrange a time (please specify an exact day and time to collect as not all artworks are not stored on-site).

For international buyers, import duties may apply upon entry of the artwork into your own country. All import duties are an additional cost. I do not accept liability for the correct importation of artworks bought on the platform - it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that artworks are imported legally into their own country and that the correct duties are paid.
